In recent years, demand for personalised products has grown significantly. This requires the restructuring of production and manufacturing processes across almost all industries and often leads to smaller batch sizes in production. Barrels with capacities of up to 200 litres are also frequently used.
The VISCO JET® VJ380 is a superb addition for mixing products in open drums, as it offers maximum flexibility and safety for both the product and the operator. These mixers can simply be placed on the rim of the drum and are very easy to operate.
The VJ380 is designed for open vessels and is equipped with our standard VISCOJET® CLASSIC mixing element and is ideal for homogenising media with viscosities up to 5000 mPas.
Due to their properties, steel drums are suitable for the storage and transport of liquid or paste-form products and materials. They are used in many sectors, such as the chemical and industrial manufacturing industries.
Fast and uncomplicated – products can be mixed directly in the drum with our VJ380 mixers, thus avoiding loss of quality due to residual amounts or sediment in the drum.
