Our mobile column mixers are in their element when containers are mixed at different locations during the production process.

The 1,200 mm manual lifting height adjustment allows mixing of different transport containers such as 1,000 liter IBCs, 200 liter plastic towers, hobbocks and customer-specific stainless steel tubs.

The chassis is equipped with stainless steel forks. The attached lift, made of painted steel, has a hydraulic lifting and lowering mechanism. Smooth-running plastic wheels and a small turning radius allow for precise positioning.

The VJ485 is also available with different motor options and mixing units. The high-quality stainless steel design, internal lifting mechanism and integrated cable guide facilitate quick and easy cleaning of the mixer and safe use.

In combination with our control solutions, mixing speed, time, level and recipe setting and selection can also be individually adjusted.
