Our mobile pillar mixers are in their element when containers are being mixed in different locations during the production process.
1,200 mm manual stroke adjustment allows for the mixing of different transport containers, such as 1,000-litre IBCs, 200-litre plastic drums, hobbocks and customer-specific stainless steel tubs.
The chassis is equipped with stainless steel forks. Attached to it is a lift, made of painted steel, with a hydraulic lifting and lowering mechanism. Smooth-running plastic wheels and a small turning radius allow for precise positioning.
The VJ485 is also available with different motor options and mixing units. The high-quality stainless steel design, internal lifting mechanism, and integrated cable guide facilitate quick and easy cleaning and safe operation of the mixer.
In combination with our control solutions, it is also possible to individually adjust the mixing speed, time, level, and recipe setting and selection.
