In recent years, the demand for customized products has been growing. This requires the restructuring of production and manufacturing processes in almost all industries and often leads to smaller container sizes in production. Barrels with a capacity of up to 200 liters are also often used.
The VISCO JET® VJ380 is the perfect addition to mixing products in open drums, as it offers maximum flexibility and safety for both the product and the operator. These mixers can be simply placed on the edge of the drum and are very easy to operate.
The VJ380 is designed for open drums, is equipped with our standard VISCOJET® CLASSIC mixing element and is ideal for homogenizing media with viscosities up to 5000 mPas.
Due to their properties, steel drums are suitable for the storage and transportation of liquid or pasty products and materials. They are used in many sectors, such as chemical and industrial production.
Quick and easy – products can be mixed directly in the barrel with our VJ380 mixers, avoiding loss of quality due to residual quantities or sediment in the drum.
