The VISCO JET® VJ421 mixer is the perfect solution for all product mixing processes with different container sizes and volumes in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical industries. This column mixer has a closed lifting mechanism and is made entirely of stainless steel, therefore meeting the highest hygiene standards and is quick and easy to clean.

This mixer also offers maximum flexibility, even with large transport containers and heavy materials, with up to 5.5 kW of motor power and up to 1,600 mm of height adjustment.

Our control solutions also allow you to adjust the mixing speed, time and level, as well as select and manage mixing parameters according to predefined algorithms. In addition, Industry 4.0 networking is possible via the OPC UA interface.

The VJ421 is a high-end mixing unit that meets high hygiene and safety standards. This column mixer can be individually adapted to our customers' needs by selecting different lifting heights and motor powers.
